Clinician submissions

What you send us becomes part of your credentialing file.

• You confirm that the licenses, certifications, work history, and references you submit are accurate and current.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials active and telling us when anything changes.
• Submitting a profile does not create an offer of employment or guarantee placement on any assignment.
• Assignment terms, including rate, schedule, and length, are governed by the separate agreement you sign for that placement.

Client and partner engagements

Staffing work is governed by the contract, not by this page.

• Requirements submitted through this site are inquiries, not binding orders.
• Rates, coverage terms, teaming arrangements, and deliverables are set in the executed contract or task order.
• Federal engagements are additionally subject to the terms of the applicable contract vehicle.

Content and intellectual property

The site and its contents belong to Deployed Health.

• Text, layout, graphics, and the Deployed Health name and marks are our property or used with permission.
• You may view and print pages for your own reference. Republishing or commercial reuse requires written permission.
• Third-party marks shown on the site, including certification badges, belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is informational and provided as is.

• We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment.
• Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or tax advice.
• To the extent permitted by law, Deployed Health is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
