• Meeting the reporting, audit, and compliance obligations attached to federal contract vehicles.
• Responding to inquiries and sending assignment updates you have asked to receive.

How we share it

We share what a placement requires and nothing beyond it.

• With client facilities and prime contractors evaluating you for a specific assignment.
• With credentialing, background screening, and licensure verification vendors acting on our behalf.
• With government agencies when a contract or law requires disclosure.
• We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How we protect it

Credentialing documents sit in access-controlled storage.

• Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff working your placement.
• We retain records for as long as an active relationship or a contract retention requirement exists, then delete them.
• No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your choices

You control the information you give us and how we contact you.

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your profile, subject to contract and legal retention requirements.
